Ms Natalie (Wing Tung) Law Counsellor

Natalie is registered as a level 2 counsellor with ACA (Australian Counselling Association) and PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia). Natalie takes an individualised and collaborative approach to treatment. She values helping others to deepen their understanding of themselves and walk towards awareness and meanings in life. She also draws on a wide range of evidence-based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion and mindfulness. Natalie has a special interest in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management and cultural diversity. She has also been trained in the Group Triple P parenting course and has an extensive experience in the treatment of drug and alcohol concerns.
