Natalie has contributed to empirical research, with published work exploring postpartum women’s body image, mental health, and eating attitudes. She also has a keen interest and experience in conducting psychological assessments and values the insights such assessments provide in understanding her clients' cognitive, emotional and behavioural functioning to inform effective, tailored treatment planning.
Natalie brings valuable experience from forensic and tertiary student wellbeing settings, and has worked with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. She is known for her warmth, authenticity and genuine care in helping clients navigate life's challenges.
