Overview

Warm, empathetic and genuinely person-centred, Natalie brings her whole self to her work. She draws on rich life experience to connect with clients and meet them where they are, and she loves helping people recognise their own strengths and feel more hopeful about what lies ahead. Natalie works with adolescents and adults, offering appointments both in clinic and via telehealth. Over the past eight years, Natalie has worked as a psychologist across a range of settings in the private and public sectors, including corrections, employment services and private practice, along with extensive experience supporting NDIS clients. She is comfortable working with a broad range of presentations, including complex and acute mental health concerns, and she holds particular special interests in forensics, gerontology and disability. Natalie works alongside her clients using evidence-based assessments and interventions, including dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy and trauma-focused therapy. She keeps a gentle focus on goal setting and steady progress, guided by her belief that there is always a solution to any problem. Natalie accepts NDIS, Workcover, Medicare, Private Health Insurance and Legal Services referrals, and she is experienced in preparing diagnostic and cognitive functioning reports for NDIS, Workcover and GPs. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys singing, dancing, reading and a lifelong love of animals. Having travelled widely, she brings warmth, curiosity and a real appreciation for different cultures and life stories into the therapy room.
