Nadine is a fully registered Clinical Psychologist. She completed her Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at the University of New South Wales and her Master in Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney.
With experience across various clinical settings – including hospital outpatient services, university clinics, private practices, and non-profit organisations – Nadine has developed extensive expertise in the assessment and treatment of both adults and adolescents. She has supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, eating disorders, mood disorders and social phobia. Additionally, Nadine specialises in working with people who have experienced developmental trauma, childhood concerns, and difficulties with emotion regulation.
Nadine is particularly passionate about helping individuals build healthy, fulfilling relationships. As a dating coach, she offers both group and individual sessions that integrate psychological tools and coaching techniques to empower individuals in their dating journeys. She is also the host of the Psychology of Dating podcast, where she shares insights and strategies for applying psychological principles to dating and relationships.
Drawing on a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, Nadine collaborates with individuals to help them achieve their personal and relational goals. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Mildfulness and Trauma-Informed methods. As a certified yoga instructor, Nadine incorporates a mind-body perspective, fostering holistic well-being to support individuals in their mental and emotional growth. Nadine is known for her warm, non-judgemental approach and works to create a safe, supportive environment for every individual.
