Molly is a provisional psychologist completing her 5+1 internship. Passionate about creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and understood, Molly is trained in evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Complementing her caring and compassionate approach, Molly is a scientist-practitioner with sound research experience. One such project examined the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on pain modulation and substance use disorder interventions for justice-involved adults.
Presently furthering her education and training in forensic psychology, Molly has an abiding interest in supporting individuals involved with the justice system. She is interested in the role of evidenced-based psychological assessment and targeted intervention in reducing the risk of recidivism and fostering safer community reintegration.
Molly believes therapy should feel safe and empowering. Adapting the therapy to the needs and goals of the client, she is committed to helping clients build practical skills that support their mental health and personal growth.
