I am looking forward to assisting you to understand and manage the complexities that life can sometimes throw at us. I am a firm believer that mental health care should be affordable and accessible to all individuals regardless of income, age, location, race and/or religious beliefs.
My aim as a therapist is to empower you to become your own therapist through developing insight, strategies and tools to manage your life more effectively. Life will often throw us curve balls but it is how we manage them that makes the difference.
