I am looking forward to working collaboratively with you to identify your goals for therapy. I will endeavour to provide an environment that is warm, flexible, non-judgemental, and empathic. I believe in building a working partnership to identify your strengths and weaknesses and to focus on finding appropriate solutions and strategies so you can achieve your desired outcomes. I am passionate about psychology and believe together we can make a difference to improve your mental health and well-being.
