She is the founder of Empower Menopause & Aesthetics (EMA) a nurse-led clinic dedicated to supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause with personalised, evidence-based care. Melissa combines her expertise in women’s health with advanced training in aesthetic medicine to offer holistic treatment plans that honour both hormonal wellbeing and confidence in appearance. At EMA, she provides telehealth, digital consultations, hormone therapy education, lifestyle guidance, and cosmetic treatments in a supportive and judgment-free space.
