Maureen is a dedicated psychologist with a passion for helping individuals overcome trauma and emotional challenges to reach their full potential. She has extensive experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, behavioral management, parenting, and trauma. Maureen excels in administering psychological assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for both adults and children from diverse cultural backgrounds, in both individual and group settings.
Committed to evidence-based practices, Maureen utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Maureen earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Sydney and is a nationally registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
