Professional Counselling delivered by a registered Mental Health and Wellbeing health practitioner aims to increase an individual’s psychological, social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The focus of the intervention delivered is dependent upon the individual seeking support and may include but not limited to personal development, improving relationships, addressing specific emotional or behavioural difficulties, identification and modification of maladaptive cognitive errors and restructuring of core beliefs and/or representations of the self. Support for people with disability: Mental Health and Wellbeing is an NDIS registered provider of therapeutic supports.
