Ms Marina Nelson Psychologist

I am a registered Psychologist with experience working with individuals and families across diverse stages of life. I have experience working with depression and anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, trauma and eating disorders. I also have experience working with parents and infants during pregnancy and the perinatal period. My therapeutic approach is based in Emotion Focused Therapy and is founded on building a safe, empathic relationship with clients to help them explore and give meaning to important emotional experiences. I also have experience using Parent-Infant Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
