Overview
I work with clients from diverse backgrounds in a caring, client oriented and empathetic manner. Counselling is a refuge, a safe place to deal with struggles. My focus areas are; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness Based therapy, Solution Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy.
