Margarite has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Sociology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Masters in Psychology. Margarite is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is also a long standing member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) as a generalist psychologist. Margarite has an eclectic approach when counselling clients though has a specific interest in mindfulness and positive psychology. Margarite has worked with clients aged 16 and above. She has worked with a diverse group of people in both private practice settings and the education sector. She has worked with crisis management, critical incident debriefing, providing short term solution focused counselling and longer term counselling. Margarite has a keen interest in working with people with mood disorders, anxiety, people looking for new career starts, adjustment issues, relationship issues, perfectionism, low self esteem and other interpersonal issues.
