Ms Margaret Carey Psychologist

I am looking forward to working with you to help you live the life you want to live. Negotiating life's many hurdles can get a bit tricky from time to time. Learning to deal with these challenges can be life changing. When working with me, you will identify the distressful elements that are stopping you from living the life you want to live. For me, it is always a humbling experience working together with people experiencing difficulties and seeing them work through them. Margaret completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours), majoring in Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA). Margaret uses an evidence based cognitive approach to therapy (MOL). Margaret has expereince working with a diverse range of people, including children, adolescents and adults (including older adults). She has worked with people with a range of abilities. She has worked in a range of settings, including schools. She also worked in the NHS (Scotland) in both the Health Psychology and Older Adult services.
