Manya is a registered psychologist with over 20 years experience. ​Manya will be the calm and reasonable that will guide you through your search for recovery, rehabilitation, resolution of distress and confusion. She will empower you to make sense of your life, and face those challenges that are potentially overwhelming. Manya will assist you in figuring out what to do and how to have a good quality of life in the face of obstacles that might be undermining your mental health and well-being. She can guide you through loss, grieving, disappointment and shame to name only a few of those states and feelings that can make you wonder about your sanity. Manya will help you to move forward while detecting and praising your efforts to change.
