Who I work with I work with adolescents, young adults and adults, supporting people across a range of life stages and experiences. I have a particular interest in working with young people, couples and families, and welcome individuals navigating relationship challenges, neurodevelopmental differences, anxiety, mood concerns and life transitions. What people come to see me for People commonly see me for support with: Anxiety, including generalised anxiety, panic and OCD Depression and mood changes ADHD, dyslexia and learning differences Relationship and couples concerns Family dynamics, parenting and conflict resolution Separation, divorce and relationship transitions Perinatal mental health, fertility, IVF and donor/surrogacy journeys Grief, loss and major life transitions Building self-understanding and living in line with personal values How I work I take a warm, collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges, develop practical skills and work towards meaningful change. My practice draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), interpersonal, psychodynamic and schema therapies. I also work from trauma-informed and neuroaffirming frameworks, tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs, goals and strengths. A little about me I’m a provisional psychologist who is passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families through life’s challenges and transitions. Alongside therapy, I have an interest in educational and neurodevelopmental assessments, including ADHD, dyslexia, learning differences and cognitive assessments. I value helping people build insight, strengthen relationships and develop practical strategies that support lasting wellbeing.
