I am so looking forward to meeting you and helping to support you with your individual goals. I take a client-centred approach to my work adapting my approach to meet the needs of everyone I work with. I have experience and training Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy and problem-solving. I am passionate about mental health and wellbeing and admire anyone who takes steps to be proactive in supporting their own development and wellbeing. Madaline has a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Honours in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Public Health and a Masters in Professional Psychology. She is registered with the the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of The Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi). Madaline is trained in several evidence-based approaches including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Interpersonal Therapy. Madaline has experience in working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan. She has a keen interest in working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and experiencing the effects of trauma. As well as supporting Children and Families. She has extensive experiencing in working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability.
