Starting employment with someone.health is a new venture that I'm super excited about. I think it's going to be epic! I am very keen to work with each person I meet, to understand their journey and to support them to identify areas that they would like to work on. Together we will discuss, review and set goals for both the present and the future. I will walk alongside each one of you from the start by providing scaffolding and will then stepping back when we agree you feel ready to allow you to reflect, challenge yourself and to do things differently. I encourage each individual to remain proactive in monitoring their own progress and providing timely feedback to their clinician.I look forward to meeting each one of you and being part of your journey! Remember I will encourage you to stay in the driver's seat as you remain the expert in your own life at all times!
