Overview

Lucy is the founder and Director of Lift Off! Speech Language and Learning. She is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist who demonstrates a commitment to maintain and extend professional practice skills. Lucy has had extensive experience assessing, diagnosing, programming, implementing and monitoring treatment programs for pre-school and school aged children with a variety of speech,language and learning difficulties. She believes in the importance of creating programs that suit individual needs that can be implemented in various environments such as at home and in educational settings. Lucy has a particular interest in working with children with Autism and is trained in Hanen's "More Than Words" program and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She has created a highly regarded Speech Pathology practice that specialises in working with children with Autism where quality and effective intervention is provided. Lucy is passionate about assisting and providing necessary communication skills to children and is dedicated to providing a quality service.
