I’m really looking forward to meeting with you, sharing some of your story and help you move towards achieving your goals – whatever they may be.
Just a little on my background: my approach to counselling is holistic, tapping into various approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), general problem-solving and client-centred supportive counselling. My background in Neuropsychology gives me a deeper understanding of some of the issues which may arise.
Firstly, well done for reaching out! That’s often the most difficult step, and I’d love the opportunity to share your journey and work with you towards achieving your goals.
