Ms Liz Moore Psychologist

As a clinical psychologist, I believe that good mental health is not just the absence of symptoms. It also involves helping clients learn to connect with what’s really important to them and work towards the qualities that make their life a great place to be. I love to help people find out what “floats their boat” and engage in life in ways that make their eyes bright and shiny. I also love teaching clients self-compassion and how to turn some of their vulnerabilities into assets. I especially love working with clients who are in distressed relationships where their partner will not attend therapy. I work towards helping the attending partner to effect positive changes in their relationship and in their lives generally.
