Linda graduated from the University of South Australia in 1994. She has been Principal Physiotherapist and Director of City Physiotherapy since 1996. Linda's special interests are the treatment of office work related pain, postural aches and pains, headache & migraine treatment without drugs, neck pain, low back pain, sports injuries, spinal pain, joint stiffness, neuromuscular dry needling (western acupuncture) for pain relief, stress reduction & wellness, pregnancy, shoulder impingement pain & rehabilitation, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon injuries, shin splints, foot and ankle pain, bursitis, balance ,TMJ/jaw pain, children's growth pain, corrective and flexibility exercises, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, scar tissue and post mastectomy soft tissue pain management, Mindfulness for stress, improved sleep and pain reduction. Linda is trained in advanced neuromuscular dry needling (western acupuncture) & real time ultrasound imaging and teaches stretch, tone and Pilates classes at City Physiotherapy's Gymnasium. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
