Lily is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with specialised training and varied experience across public and private settings in those conditions concerning food, eating, exercise, and body image, as well as complex co-morbidities including Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Stress Management, Relationship/Interpersonal Issues, Trauma and Self Esteem.
Lily holds a Bachelor of Psychology Honours (Flinders University) and postgraduate qualifications in Master of Clinical Psychology (University of Southern Queensland).
Lily is committed to on-going professional development, practice of evidence-based treatments and tailored treatment plans and services, not only to support my clients, but also provide their families with peace of mind and clarity throughout the journey.
She has a strong appreciation for evidence-based practice, promising high quality psychological clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions and support case plans.
Lily has experience in providing CBTE, SSCM and FBT for eating disorders, as well as CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy and supportive counselling for comorbidities. She has a strong work ethic, takes pride in engaging clients with her passionate approach to her work, and consistently endeavours to provide my clients with non-judgemental, open and empathic support. She is always seeking feedback from clients and colleagues to make sure her approach is collaborative and tailored to the specific needs of the client.
