I am a registered psychologist with training in various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Attachment-based Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I come from a positive psychology and solution focussed coaching style approach. I am experienced in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, addictions, phobias, and many other issues. I am also a board approved supervisor, providing guidance to early career psychologists, particularly on client workplace issues, disordered eating, addiction, phobia, and a coaching approach to behaviour change.
