Ms Leah Flanagan Psychologist

I am a registered Psychologist and specialist behaviour support practitioner. I have post graduate qualifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis, child protection and I am completing another degree currently in criminology and criminal justice. I am a board approved supervisor for the 4+2 and 5+1 psychology pathways. I have over 18 years experience working in OOHC and with people with disabilities. I have a special interest in supporting clients with disability achieve their best lives through positive behaviour support and the elimination of restrictive practices, and the treatment of Adolescents with sexual offending or other high risk behaviours. Current fields of study include trauma informed positive behaviour support, and the criminal justice systems responses to vulnerable persons particularly those with disability and youth in out of home care.
