Lauren completed a Masters of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Tasmania. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Lauren has experience working within the public and private mental health sectors within Victoria.
Lauren works with people of all ages with a diverse range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self esteem, grief and loss, substance use and addiction, trauma, abuse, and children with behavioural and emotional regulation concerns, and social skills deficits.
Lauren uses a range of therapeutic models depending on the goals of the client including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
Treatment is guided by an evidence-based approach to mental health that is empathetic and collaborative. Lauren is committed to providing a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients.
