Info

Overview

Lauren Hosier is a Registered Psychologist and founder of Desert Flame Psychology, a boutique practice providing compassionate, evidence-based support to adults who are navigating life’s challenges. Lauren works with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, as well as stress, burnout, and bereavement, including the loss of a beloved pet. Her approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and an attachment-informed, trauma-aware lens to help clients better understand longstanding patterns, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and create meaningful, lasting change. Known for her warm, grounded, and authentic presence, Lauren creates a space where clients feel safe to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves beyond the pressures of everyday life. Lauren’s work is particularly suited to thoughtful, insightful, and empathetic individuals who appear capable and composed on the outside, while quietly experiencing internal stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt. Whether you’re feeling unsure, stuck, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, support is available. Lauren welcomes you to reach out when the time feels right.
