Kristi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who supports children and families to build confident, healthy relationships with food—one step at a time. Kristi works collaboratively with clients, families, and health care teams to provide practical, evidence-based nutrition care that fits real life. Her approach is grounded in responsive feeding principles and balanced, simplified nutrition, helping clients to grow, thrive, and feel good around food. Areas of practice include: Infant, child, and adolescent nutrition Fussy or selective eating and feeding challenges Growth concerns and nutrient deficiencies Gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, constipation, reflux, coeliac disease) Food allergies and intolerances Disordered eating and emotional eating NDIS dietetic services for people with disabilities (all ages) Kristi believes that nutrition care should be simple, practical, and sustainable.
