My work as a psychologist is two pronged, firstly, establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients as we journey together towards insight and growth and secondly ensuring that therapy is customised to a client’s specific needs and is genuinely respectful of a client’s context, inner strivings and strengths. I am eclectic in my therapeutic approach, drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness therapy and many other modalities. I see it as imperative to work holistically to see optimal and lasting change; incorporating all relevant persons into treatment
