Psychotherapist and yoga trauma informed therapist who enjoys working with adults of all ages. Therapist with a breadth and depth of life experience, parenthood, a corporate career and many years of practicing yoga therapy behind her psychotherapy training and clinical practice. I integrate all of this experience into the work I do with my clients. Further, I have a special interest in counselling women struggling with fertility, pregnancy, birth trauma and matrescence (the transition to motherhood).
