Overview

While Kelly has a special interest in supporting First Responders and their families, her support extends to everyone, no-matter who they are, or what they have going on. Kelly proactively collaborates to identify the therapeutic strategy that works best for you, creating a tailored and achievable roadmap forward. She draws on her experience of working in the NSW Workers Compensation system to navigate cases where clients have been psychologically injured at work and applies her expertise in diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), to support you in meeting your individual needs and goals.
