She also provides neuroaffirming autism, ADHD, and cognitive assessments for adults.
Her approach is compassionate, curious, and practical, informed by evidence-based modalities including ACT, CBT, DBT, schema therapy, mindfulness, parts work, and psychodynamic therapy. She integrates a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed lens in all her work, helping clients understand their inner world and develop strategies that make life feel more manageable and meaningful.
