Kathy completed her Bachelor of Psychology as well as her psychological training in Perth, Western Australia and she is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). In Kathy's approach, she from evidence-based treatments such as but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Positive Psychology.
Kathy has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults. She has worked across various settings including EAP, Private practice, Injury claims as well as Brief intervention services. Kathy is passionate about working with clients who find it difficult to meet their standards, unleashing their inner critic, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Kathy also enjoys supporting clients through life transitions such as adjusting to challenges at work or school, parenthood or major life changes as well as relationship issues.
