Ms Kathryn Martin Psychologist

Hi, I'm Kathryn and I provide psychology and counselling services to adults aged 18 to 100. I have over 20 years experience working in the Great Lakes and Manning areas, for organisations including Lifeline, NSW Health, Forster Neighbourhood Centre, The University of Newcastle, and in my previous private practice, Kathryn Martin Psychology. In that time I've assisted people with challenges including mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment, relationships, communication and problem behaviours. I'm a nature, garden and animal lover and incorporate these into my clinical work wherever possible. Self-care and -compassion also figure strongly in both my professional and personal spheres. I take an open-minded, practical and empathic approach when working with clients and in my own life. I will look forward to meeting with you - in your home, via Telehealth (video call), or in a mutually agreed public place of our choosing
