Masters accredited counsellor looking to support you through the seasons of midlife whether that be parenting, divorce, separation, co-parenting, couples counselling, supporting your ageing parents, menopause and managing the grief and loss that may accompany any of those changes and transitions. It can be a rough time for many. Our collaboration is about exploring the stories we tell ourselves, the stories told to us, the stories obscured by problems, the stories society offers, the stories that light our fire, and the stories we hold close to our heart.
