I consider myself very fortunate to be working in a profession that allows people to open up about the things most meaningful to them- I endeavour to create a warm, non-judgemental space so that you can share your story in a way that feels safe. I have a very gentle, relaxed approach to therapy sessions and am flexible in adapting this to suit your needs.
I believe the most important factor to effective therapy is the collaborative relationship between psychologist and client. I will never tell you what to do- instead I’ll listen to you and together we will work out the best way to help you move forward with achieving your personal therapy goals.
