How I work
My approach is collaborative, practical and tailored to you. I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT and coaching psychology, adapting the work to suit your goals and what feels most helpful. I also bring in insights from neuropsychology to help make sense of how thinking patterns influence emotions and behaviour.
A little about me
I’m a registered Organisational Psychologist with experience in mental health counselling, coaching and consulting. I’m currently working towards ICF coaching accreditation and enjoy helping people navigate both personal and professional change.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog, practising yoga, reading and spending time with family and friends. I’ve also recently taken up commercial dance as a hobby.
