Hello and welcome! It might have taken you some time to land here. I understand it takes courage to accept that you may need therapy and reach out for help. I am here to help and support you on your journey to understand yourself better, improved your self esteem, stress less and have more meaningful relationships with others. I look forward to getting to know you and working with you to create the life you wish for. Judy has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours and her Masters in Guidance and Counselling. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Judy is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Judy has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults. She has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, procrastination, body image concerns, disordered eating, low self esteem and interpersonal difficulties. Judy has worked in a range of settings, including schools, non-government organisations and charities.
