Overview

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but reaching out is a courageous first step towards change. If you’re looking for a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who takes a collaborative approach, I’d be glad to explore whether we’re a good fit. How I Work: I'm a registered psychologist with over 16 years of experience, offering a warm and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to speak openly about what matters to you most. You get to guide the focus of our sessions at a pace that works for you. Many clients tell me they appreciate the practical tools and strategies we develop together in session. Who I Work With: I have supported thousands of clients in navigating concerns such as: - Anxiety - Depression - Stress - Grief - Trauma - Workplace difficulties - Relationship or family issues - Self-esteem issues I'm especially passionate about helping people improve their self-worth, ease perfectionism, and quiet the ‘inner critic’ that can hold them back. I love working with people who are ready to make meaningful change, gain insights, and feel better in their everyday lives – at work, at home and within themselves. My Approach: I work from a client-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed and solution-focused framework. I integrate evidence-based approaches including: • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) • Mindfulness-based strategies Our First Session: In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. You might come in with clear goals, or you might just need a safe space to talk and start making sense of things—either way is completely okay. If you’re feeling a bit nervous or unsure, that’s totally normal. My aim is to help you feel at ease as we begin this process together. About Me: I hold a Bachelor of Psychology with First-Class Honours and am an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly participate in professional development and supervision to ensure I’m offering the best possible support. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me creating art, bushwalking, at a yoga class, or spending time in the ocean—things that help me feel refreshed and centered.
