Jessica Wilcock Psychologist

Jessica is a registered psychologist and the founder of Lumen Psychology. With nearly a decade of experience across schools, government agencies, and private practice, she is passionate about helping clients understand their needs, overcome challenges, and develop strategies to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Jessica specialises in psychological assessments for children and adolescents, including psychoeducational and ADHD assessments, for which she has specialist training. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, working closely with parents, educators, and other professionals to create tailored, evidence-based recommendations that build on a child's unique strengths. In her therapeutic work, Jessica provides a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for children, adolescents, and adults.
