Ms Jessica Polhill (She/her)Psychologist (Provisional)

Jessica is a Provisional Psychologist who is currently completing her final semester of study in the Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne. Jessica has experience working with individuals and groups across community and private settings, treating a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties across the lifespan, including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, addictive behaviours, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss. Under the supervision of Dr. Nellie Lucas, Jessica provides assessment, parent support, and interventions for young children experiencing developmental and mental health difficulties. Jessica is passionate about working with young people and their families in a creative and collaborative manner to support them in reaching their goals. She values an empathic approach, with a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Jessica draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other evidence-based approaches with consideration of the individual’s age, needs, and preferences. Jessica is accepting new clients now to begin sessions from mid July. Please note that Jessica will complete her internship by the end of December 2025. Reduced fees apply.
