Jessica is a psychologist who has completed her studies at the University of Melbourne and is currently completing her clinical psychology registrar program to become an endorsed Clinical Psychologist. Jessica has experience working with individuals and groups across community and private settings, treating a range of emotional difficulties including; anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, addictive behaviours, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss.
She is passionate about working with young people and adults in a creative and collaborative manner to support them in reaching their goals. Jessica values an empathic approach, with a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. She draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other evidence-based approaches with consideration of the individual’s age, needs, and preferences.
