Ms Jessica Martinez Dietitian

Jess is a passionate foodie and dietitian whose aim is to help educate and empower individuals to take control of their own health through positive diet and lifestyle changes. She understands that “one size does not fit all” and appreciates the importance of working collaboratively with her clients to make realistic and sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle through practical and individualised recommendations. She also has a focus of ensuring her clients build and maintain a positive relationship with food and gain enjoyment from cooking and eating. With personal experience managing her own gut health conditions, Jess has a special interest in gastrointestinal and digestive health conditions including coeliac disease, food intolerances and allergies, IBS, and diverticular disease. Jess also has experience in a wide range of other areas such as weight management, PCOS, chronic disease management, and life stage nutrition. Jess is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) and a subsequent Masters of Dietetic Studies from the University of Queensland.
