Overview

I firmly believe that the therapeutic space should be one of unconditional kindness, empathy, and respect. Every individual who walks into my office deserves to feel heard, understood, and safe. It is a privilege to be invited into the lives of my clients, and I am deeply committed to walking alongside them as they navigate their journey toward healing. My approach is grounded in the values of patience, mercy, and understanding. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where each person feels empowered and respected, knowing that they are in the hands of someone who genuinely cares for their well-being. I am trained in delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and EMDR.
