Jenny is a dedicated Registered Psychologist, devoted to assisting clients in building resilience and achieving their full potential. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology and is the Founder of Mindful Psychology Practice, located in Barangaroo and Sydney CBD. Jenny specialises in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, trauma, and grief and loss. She possesses a keen interest in helping individuals navigate life transitions, overcome challenges, and foster growth in the context of modern society. Her therapeutic approaches encompass Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Schema Therapy and Internal Family System (IFS). With a warm and empathetic counselling style, Jenny cultivates a safe space where clients feel heard and validated. Drawing on her expertise, she creates a supportive and nurturing environment for exploration, insight, and change. Tailoring her flexible approach to therapy, she ensures it aligns with each client's unique needs. Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Masters's degree in Psychology
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology
  • Conjoint Bachelor degrees in Arts and Commerce (Majoring in Psychology and Marketing)
