I am so looking forward to getting to know you as an individual and assisting you working towards your therapeutic goals. I have been working with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds and ages for over 20 years. Life can be very hard at times, especially over the last few years when we have all been dealing with issues such as COVID and extended lockdowns. At times we all need someone to turn to and assist us during periods of hardship. Life and functioning in our day to day world, can sometimes seem so overwhelming. I aim to assist all my clients in their times of need. I pride myself on focusing on therapeutic strategies that meet such needs, that assist in building awareness of thinking, feelings, and the way it can affect behaviour in positive and negative ways. I am always respectful and non judgemental and look forward to assisting you in the capacity of a therapist.
