I love to work together with people to access the hidden resources within. It is indeed a privilege to get to know you and help find the best strategies to deal with the stresses and challenges that we face. I use a range of psychological therapies as part of this process but believe that each needs to be tailored to background that we bring with us and the individual life circumstances that you are facing.
