I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience as counsellor and therapist, specialising in mental health with a strong focus on building resilience and promoting wellbeing. I have completed extensive additional training to expand and develop my skills. I provide services under Medicare, Work Cover and Veterans and Veterans Families Counselling Service as well as generalist counselling. I assist people with a range of mental health presentations and personal problems.I utilise a solution-focused integrated therapy approach to assist clients to identify and modify problematic thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
