Jane has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology, a Master of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Jane utilises a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness, chosen to suit the individual needs of her clients.
Jane has experience working as a psychologist in both primary and high school settings, in private practice, and in community mental health services. Jane also has experience working with children with developmental conditions. She has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties, and attachment.
