Overview

Ivana is a registered psychologist. She has specialty interest in therapy for chronic problems manifesting as anxiety difficult to treat, adjustment problems, relationship difficulties, or as personality issues. She is also interested in chronic pain management and eating disorders. Together with respect for the individual and their situation, she brings extensive life experience to the therapy setting and can relate well to the clients from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Ivana applies an integrated therapeutic approach, adjusted to meet the needs of individual clients. She has received specialty training in a wide range of treatment modalities including Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Systemic Family Constellations therapy. Her approach to treatment is set within the mindfulness-based frameworks.
