Ms Isabelle Gardiner Psychologist

Isabelle is a clinical psychologist with several years of experience across public and community health settings. She provides evidence-based therapy to support adults of all ages experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, and challenges related to physical health and overall wellbeing. Isabelle has a particular passion for improving the mental health of older adults and helping individuals adjust to illness while enhancing their quality of life.
